RankWizrd is a web-based platform that provides SEO auditing, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, and AI search visibility tools. We analyze publicly available website data and present actionable insights to help you improve your online presence.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@rankwizrd.com.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

RankWizrd offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

• Submit URLs or content that you do not have the right to analyze

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service

• Resell or redistribute audit reports or data without our written permission

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RankWizrd — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying technology — are owned by RankWizrd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your submitted URLs and data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that SEO recommendations or AI visibility insights will produce specific results. Search engine rankings depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankWizrd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
