Entity authority. Being recognized as an authority on specific entities (people, places, concepts) helps.
Overrated Factors
Exact match keywords in URL. Helps a little. Not critical.
Keyword density. Doesn't matter much. Write naturally.
H1 tags. Help with structure. Not a ranking factor.
Site age. Older sites don't automatically rank better.
Exact keyword in title. Helps a little. Not critical if title is natural.
